BMC is a "Merit Shop" Contractor serving Washington, Frederick, Carroll, Allegany, and Garrett Counties in Maryland, Franklin, Fulton, and Adams Counties in Pennsylvania, and Berkeley, Morgan, and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia. Our company is comprised of about (40) employees and we offer Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating, Cooling, Process Piping, boiler, and Medical Gas services involving new buildings, renovations, additions, and sitework
in commercial, industrial (factories, distribution centers, manufacturing plants), and institutional (schools, hospitals, retirement facilities) settings. BMC installs many types of piping and duct systems and are capable of providing a full range of mechanical services; including hydronic, steam, heat pump, solar, geo-thermal, and air-side heating and cooling systems, humidity control, water treatment, and waste water treatment systems. We also provide cross-connection device (backflow preventer) testing, inspection, and installation. Our personnel are quite proficient at tackling aggressive work schedules and our leadership qualities have a tendency to 'surface' during most of the work that we accomplish.
BMC's Service Division is quick to respond to any call (24/7) involving plumbing and HVAC system problems … including Residential work.
