Beaver Mechanical History:
Our company began serving the Hagerstown area with plumbing services back in 1964. In February 1967, James C. Bryan purchased the company and established Beaver Mechanical Contractors (BMC) which was later incorporated. BMC began operations in a small house in Beaver Creek, MD with only a few employees. Bryan nurtured this 'new child' through numerous plumbing projects with ever-increasing complexity. After a number of years, Bryan decided to tackle HVAC (ductwork) projects as well and sought out sheet metal workers for this new venture. With the addition of 'in-house' HVAC services, BMC became a full-fledged mechanical contractor. Through many ups and downs over the past 45 years and "with a little help from his friends", Bryan has guided BMC toward the well-respected stature that our employees enjoy today.
In February 2006, Bryan's son Tim took over at the helm. The implementation of second generation ideas and practices have helped BMC to keep pace with the construction industry's cutting-edge technology. The key to success at BMC lies within their employees … dedicated people who continue to uphold the steadfast values, honesty, and hard work that built the company foundations, many years ago. Let BMC prove their worth to you. We're not just another contractor!
